Principal Peter Fox-Penner to Speak at IBM’s Global Intelligent Utility Network Coalition Meeting
Peter Fox-Penner, principal and chairman emeritus of The Brattle Group, will speak at IBM’s Global Intelligent Utility Network Coalition Meeting on June 9, 2010. The Global Intelligent Utility Network Coalition was formed by IBM in 2007 to advance the deployment of smart grid through the sharing of best practices and lessons learned in the marketplace. The group is comprised of twelve utilities serving nearly 100 million energy customers around the world.
The Coalition meets in person two times per year and their upcoming meeting will include a session on “Learning From Experience: Performing Against The Smart Grid Business Case.” Dr. Fox-Penner will kick off this session and share his insights on the future of the utility industry.
