Brattle Principal Lynda Borucki to Speak at the American Law Institute-American Bar Association Conference on Accountants’ Liability
Lynda Borucki, a principal in The Brattle Group’s Cambridge office, will speak on damages and causation at the upcoming American Law Institute-American Bar Association’s (ALI-ABA) conference, “Accountants’ Liability: Litigation and Issues in the Financial Crisis,” taking place in Boston, MA on July 8-9, 2010. The ALI-ABA conference will cover a broad range of topics related to the financial crisis, including regulation and regulating bodies, the Madoff case and other recent Ponzi schemes, and recently internationalized accounting standards.
